These sessions are for players who want to stay sharp this fall and improve their individual skills and overall decision-making. It is also designed to better prepare players for their upcoming season/tryouts.

I will essentially be running our workout groups as I would a 75 minute youth practice. Each group will be limited to a maximum of 20 players.

The time will typically consist of about 20 minutes of individual skill work - ball-handling, footwork, shooting, etc. 30-35 minutes of Half court breakdown play centered around certain concepts (ball movement, spacing, etc.)

And then 15-20 minutes of up-and-down action that will vary from 3-on-3 to 5-on-5 (advantage situations, transition defense, offensive execution, etc.)

I will be sure to fill the 75 minutes full of meaningful action, so I look forward to you joining us!
